The customisation offered to customers has thus led Ognibene Spa to a very high level of professional growth. Today, the company guarantees the extraordinary quality of its products, the production of which is powered by 100% self-generated renewable energy. It also started the production of special sprockets for motorbikes (OEM Ducati, Fantic, Cake etc) and the cutting and production of brake discs. To implement quality control, an optical control device with touch probes is also installed to certify the conformity of the products.

Our high-quality pads are manufactured entirely in Italy using ORGANIC, SEMI-METALLIC, SINTERED and CERAMIC compounds. Continuous research and development on the test bench and on the race track allows for the refinement of an increasingly professional product.

This compound is suitable for all types of conditions. It guarantees the perfect balance between power, noise and durability and always guarantees modular braking.
It offers optimal performance at low temperatures and is compatible with any type of brake disc.

Organic semi-metallic01 SOFT compound

It differs from other organic compounds based exclusively on fibres and resin in the presence of 30% metal. It is a pad that enables fast and precise braking at low speeds, even when used during winter rides at low temperatures. The special compound makes it effective even on challenging descents trail. It offers mellow braking and is suitable for wet conditions. It resists up to 350°.
Recommended use MTB and ROAD.

Organic with ceramic protection02 E-BIKE compound

While retaining the characteristics of the SOFT compound, this more COMPACT compound adapts better to the greater weight of the bike with superior fatigue resistance even at higher speeds. Always READY in contact with the disc, it is suitable for higher braking loads thanks to a special CERAMIC coating applied to the plate. This barrier allows you to support good braking even in the presence of higher temperatures. The E-bike compound is also suitable for wet conditions.
Recommended use ELECTRIC BIKE and CARGO bike.

Organic with cooling system03 FREERIDE compound

This pad has an ALUMINIUM alloy plate. The possibility of using a material with higher thermal conductivity is compensated for by the presence of an external heat sink. Always READY to make contact with the disc, it is also excellent for medium-range braking. The construction characteristics make it 35% lighter than the other Ebike Zone pads, perfect to meet the weight-saving needs of professionals. Suitable for wet conditions.
Recommended use PRO MTB - ROAD - GRAVEL.

Sintered ceramic04 EXTREME compound

This pad differs from organic-based pads in that it contains no resins. The compound has 85% metals and the binder is supplied by high-temperature pressure melting in an oxygen-free oven. This compound needs a short warm-up before it is at its most effective. It allows for INTENSE braking even for LONG distances and HIGH speeds. It resists heat over 500°. The best results are obtained in dry conditions. It is advisable to always combine high-quality steel brake discs to achieve maximum performance.
Recommended use GRAVITY.

Brake discs

Our discs are designed and built entirely in ITALY. Four sizes are offered: 160 - 180 - 203 - 220 mm.

Strictly made of the highest quality Aisi 420 steel, they are heat-treated at the core for an optimum balance between surface hardness and overall elasticity. A special, precise grinding process makes them perfect for all the main pad compounds: organic, semi-metallic and sintered.
